This 32 acre municipal park offers three ball diamonds, a full-size soccer field, pavilion, and shuffleboard courts. Area's largest playground! Playground equipment, shuffleboard, pavilion, picnic tables, soccer field, and more. No alcohol permitted. |

Originally built with a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant, Kelly Park is used regularly by both Rome City residents and surrounding communities. The park is home to several summer sports leagues and a popular place for family gatherings and public social events. Kelly Park is located on the south side of Rome City, on Kelly Street. Sign posted. Tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball diamond, soccer/football field, and pavilion. Available for family gatherings and public social events. This one acre park is the site of the Sylvan Lake spillway. This area is at the top of a steep hill with a flat area at the bottom of the park, ideal for winter sledding and snowboarding. Located on the west side of State Road 9 on the north end of town, near the Sylvan Lake dam. Access for fishing where Sylvan Lake outlets to the Little Elkhart River. Park is used extensively during the winter months for sledding and snowboarding. |
